What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the company's vision and philosophy for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Structure and support internal Remote Culture Connection (RCC) groups for employee affinity and community.
- Foster a sense of belonging and psychological safety across a global, distributed team.
- Build and maintain programs that make diversity a way of life, not just a quantifiable goal.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of DEI concepts and a commitment to making them operational within a global organization.
- Experience in developing and managing programs that support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ability to build a welcoming culture for all team members and create structures that promote equity.
- Strong communication skills to articulate and embed company values of Belonging, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
