CVS Health is hiring a District Support Pharmacist to play a critical role in delivering compassionate care and leading pharmacy operations. What You'll Do
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance, customer service, and personnel management.
- Manage inventory, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Manage pharmacy workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs to improve customer health outcomes.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that leverage strengths and address growth areas.
- Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve performance.

What We're Looking For
- Active Pharmacy License in the state where you will be employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
