Claire's Boutiques Inc is looking for a District Sales Manager - Stores for the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will be responsible for driving sales and operational excellence across your district, coaching store management, and collaborating with regional leadership to align with our business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Drive same store sales growth.
- Consistently achieve high levels of operational excellence across the district.
- Encourage store teams to exceed customer service standards.
- Coach and develop store management to optimize performance and build succession plans.
- Actively seek ways to reduce costs to maximize profit.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key partners to ensure results align with Claire’s business strategy, mission, and values.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a laptop.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of multi-store management or 5 years of store management experience.
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer service.
- Sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve.
- Active English and German language knowledge.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Extensive travel is required.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key partners across the business.

This is a local-country position based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
