Claire's Boutiques Inc is hiring a District Sales Manager to oversee operations and drive performance across a key business area. You will manage a portfolio of over 10 stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts, ensuring commercial excellence and team development.
What You'll Do
- Manage a business area of over 10 stores.
- Manage KPIs and lead teams to exceed set objectives.
- Animate and direct commercial teams.
- Analyze and develop sales parameters and operating accounts for your area.
- Ensure the implementation of campaigns and merchandising in your zone.
- Perform other functions inherent to the position in line with company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Extensive availability to travel.
