RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through our service model that empowers team members to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Cultivate a performance-driven sales environment achieving district business objectives
- Execute and monitor company merchandising and operational standards through precise merchandise flow tracking
- Motivate store managers to proactively anticipate customer needs and comprehend strategic rationales
Develop a High Performing Crew
- Recruit, lead, and develop teams representing Five Below's cultural essence
- Conduct frequent store visits to recognize, learn from, and develop leadership talent
- Communicate transparently, coach effectively, and demonstrate active listening to build trust
- Promote an inclusive environment valuing diverse perspectives and individual connections
- Implement talent strategies attracting and retaining top-tier professionals
- Support individual career progression through personalized development planning
- Collaborate with Store Managers and HR on employee development and relations
- Establish robust internal and external networks supporting recruitment and succession planning
- Encourage team accountability through consistent training and constructive feedback
Drive a Consistent Business
- Guide district towards sustained performance and productivity
- Communicate organizational vision to empower team achievement of strategic objectives
- Utilize analytical metrics to drive decisions impacting sales, customer experience, and financial outcomes
- Equip store managers with comprehensive business understanding and policy adherence
- Analyze periodic business results to optimize performance strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years retail management experience
- Four-year degree preferred
- Superior communication capabilities

- Advanced computer and office application skills
