Penumbra is looking for a Distribution Manager to lead our distribution operations in the Southern Cone region. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of distribution while also engaging in sales and providing direct customer support.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day distribution operations for the Southern Cone region
- Handle sales activities to drive regional growth
- Provide direct customer support and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient product delivery
- Analyze regional performance and implement operational improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Direct experience with sales and customer support functions
- Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Work Mode
This is a local-country position. You must be located in and authorized to work in one of the specified countries: Chile, Uruguay, or Argentina.
