Pine Services Group is hiring a Director of ERP Service Delivery (NetSuite) to build and lead our service delivery function. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, support, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for our NetSuite practice
- Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and value realization
- Define and implement delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and financial performance
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing delivery organization
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within NetSuite professional services or consulting
- Deep functional and technical expertise with the NetSuite platform
- Strong track record of managing complex ERP delivery programs and client portfolios
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client success
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
