As the senior recruitment leadership role, you'll architect strategies, design operational frameworks, and deliver a mission-critical talent acquisition engine propelling Headway's growth. You'll lead and cultivate a high-performance recruitment team while collaborating closely with R&D leadership. The systems you implement and talent you attract will directly influence Headway's capacity to serve providers and patients comprehensively.
