Quadient is hiring a Director, Talent Enablement to manage a global portfolio of Talent programs and operational initiatives. The role is strategic and execution-driven, requiring exceptional program leadership, strong commercial and financial ownership, and the ability to build rigorous processes for scalable delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Talent programs with strong governance, reporting, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee portfolio tracking, operational performance management, and executive-level insights.
- Develop and drive the knowledge strategy and execution across the broader Talent team.
- Ensure knowledge and best practices are documented, lessons learned are captured, and all policy and process documentation is updated and version controlled.
- Own budgets, vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and P&L for the programs.
- Manage and run RFP processes from requirements to vendor selection.
- Ensure processes, templates, and program standards are consistent across all areas.
- Lead the data strategy for Talent, collaborating with HR to define KPIs, standards, governance, and management.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and accurate data usage across the People function.
- Lead and mentor project managers and specialist teams across build/run activities.
