Quadient is hiring a Director, Talent Enablement to manage a global portfolio of Talent programs and operational initiatives. The role is strategic and execution-driven, requiring exceptional program leadership, strong commercial and financial ownership, and the ability to build rigorous processes for scalable delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Talent programs with strong governance, reporting, and measurable outcomes.
Oversee portfolio tracking, operational performance management, and executive-level insights.
Develop and drive the knowledge strategy and execution across the broader Talent team.
Ensure knowledge and best practices are documented, lessons learned are captured, and all policy and process documentation is updated and version controlled.
Own budgets, vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and P&L for the programs.
Manage and run RFP processes from requirements to vendor selection.
Ensure processes, templates, and program standards are consistent across all areas.
Lead the data strategy for Talent, collaborating with HR to define KPIs, standards, governance, and management.
Ensure quality, consistency, and accurate data usage across the People function.
Lead and mentor project managers and specialist teams across build/run activities.
