Responsibilities
- Lead the development and expansion of the system validation function for AI fabric products, managing multiple concurrent product validation efforts.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering multiple system-on-chip (SoC) products to market.
- Build and manage a high-performing validation team capable of supporting complex, high-performance computing platforms.
- Define and execute end-to-end validation strategies for AI fabric switch solutions.
- Implement scalable automation frameworks to enable data-driven testing, automated reporting, and compliance verification.
- Ensure deep understanding of AI fabric switch performance and functional requirements to support customer data center integration.
- Collaborate with architecture, hardware, firmware, and software teams to shape product specifications and validation rigor.
- Drive early silicon bring-up, lead root cause analysis, and resolve cross-domain technical issues.
- Deliver robust validation outcomes that enable product qualification, customer sampling, and production ramp.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to capture requirements and showcase solution differentiation.
- Bring strong technical leadership, architectural insight, and experience scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Coordinate closely with design, architecture, and firmware teams to align validation planning and execution.
- Foster a culture emphasizing technical excellence, ownership, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage team resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and external validation support relationships.
