Role Overview
In this position, you will drive the growth of a specialized dental services organization by developing relationships with key stakeholders in Minnesota’s aging services sector. Your focus will be on expanding market presence through strategic outreach to care providers, professional associations, and influential groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with organizations serving older adults
- Communicate the value of dental services tailored to aging populations
- Act as a primary point of contact for client education and consultation
- Negotiate and manage agreements that support mutual growth objectives
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new avenues for market expansion and service adoption
- Support revenue development by maximizing client network potential

Compensation & Work Structure
This is a full-time salaried role with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The position requires a weekly commitment of over 40 hours and is based in Minnesota, with no remote option available.
