Zillow Home Loans, LLC is looking for a Director, Sales Partner and Enablement to architect and lead a unified enablement strategy across the Zillow Preferred ecosystem. This leader will build systems, programs, content, and experiences that help internal Growth Advisors, brokerage partners, and their agents understand how to work with Zillow, adopt the Preferred model, and deliver a consistent experience to homebuyers.
What You'll Do
- Build a unified multi-audience enablement strategy supporting Growth Advisors (GAs), partners, and agents across the partner lifecycle (Recruit → Onboard → Grow → Retain).
- Lead sales enablement for Growth Advisors, including tactical training, field readiness, playbooks, sales tools, skill development, and ongoing reinforcement.
- Build scalable partner and agent enablement, including onboarding, training, and education materials.
- Orchestrate Zillow's in-market presence by partnering with B2B Marketing, Brand, and Events to design a unified field presence.
- Build a modern content, tools, and communications engine overseeing multi-format enablement content.
- Partner strategically across Zillow with Zillow Home Loans, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, Product, BizOps, and RevOps.
- Establish metrics and continuous improvement by defining KPIs and building reporting loops to measure enablement impact.
- Lead and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across sales enablement, partner education, content development, and field activation.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience across sales enablement, partner enablement, go-to-market strategy, channel ecosystems, or field operations.
- Proven success enabling multiple audiences simultaneously (e.g., internal sales teams, partner organizations, customer-facing practitioners).
- Experience scaling a business or function during periods of growth, building new systems, and standing up repeatable processes.
- Expert at turning complexity into clarity, building simple, repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and training systems.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can synthesize technical details into a compelling field narrative.
- Experienced operator who has partnered deeply with Marketing, Brand, Events, Product, and Learning & Development organizations.
- Strong people leader with experience hiring, developing, and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
- Deeply empathetic to field dynamics and partner realities, with practical understanding of relationship-driven businesses.
- Analytical and outcomes-oriented, with experience defining KPIs and measuring enablement impact.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, energized by building new systems and shepherding teams through rapid evolution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in industries with complex stakeholder networks (e.g., marketplaces, SaaS, financial services, franchising, real estate, or B2B2C models).
Team & Environment
Manages a multidisciplinary team across sales enablement, partner education, content development, and field activation. Accountable for overall strategy and leadership of enablement programs, with execution supported by a multidisciplinary team and cross-functional partners.
Benefits & Compensation
- In CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC: $175,200.00 - $279,800.00 annually.
- In CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT: $166,400.00 - $265,800.00 annually.
- Eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
