INFUSE Academy is hiring a Director, Programmatic & Display Advertising to drive revenue growth across EMEA and APAC. In this remote role, you will expand adoption of our display and programmatic advertising solutions. You will own a quota-carrying revenue target and partner closely with a team of 30+ sales representatives to support deal strategy, media planning, and client presentations.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver against a quota tied to programmatic and display advertising revenue across EMEA & APAC.
- Partner with 30+ sales reps to support pipeline acceleration, proposal development, and deal strategy.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in programmatic, display, native, and video advertising solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify campaign goals, audiences, and targeting strategy.
- Build and present media recommendations aligned to client objectives and full-funnel marketing strategy.
- Support negotiation, pricing strategy, and packaging recommendations to maximize win rate and margin.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success and Display Operations to ensure strong delivery and performance.
- Identify growth opportunities across key verticals, agencies, and regional accounts.
- Provide market feedback to improve positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for programmatic offerings.
- Contribute to enablement by training sales teams on product updates, best practices, and positioning.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, display media sales, or digital advertising strategy.
- Proven ability to influence revenue outcomes in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong understanding of targeting, segmentation, and audience strategy.
- Strong understanding of CPM-based buying models.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement, optimization).
- Experience working in a sales overlay / specialist capacity supporting large sales teams.
- Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to collaborate across time zones and regional teams.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into agencies and enterprise brands.
- Familiarity with demand generation and full-funnel media planning.
- Experience supporting or selling into EMEA markets (bonus if APAC exposure).

You will partner with a sales team of 30+ representatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success and Display Operations.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within the EMEA and APAC regions. Collaboration across time zones is required.
