About the Role: We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives. This strategic position will be pivotal in designing and executing our go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for developing product messaging frameworks, enabling sales teams, crafting go-to-market processes for new products, and managing a high-performance team while serving as a critical strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product departments. What You Will Do: Build Product Marketing Core and Sales Team Enablement: - Design and evolve messaging frameworks focused on market differentiation - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize audience engagement - Create comprehensive toolkits to maximize product potential - Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across channels Develop Best-in-Class Product-to-Market Motion: - Partner with product teams to understand market dynamics and persona needs - Create processes for introducing new products and releases - Foster customer relationships and generate high-quality reference materials Build and Manage High-Performing Team: - Lead product marketing, content, and strategy professionals - Establish accountability frameworks - Create measurement systems for continuous improvement Deliver Cross-Functional Results: - Optimize revenue processes - Enhance interdepartmental collaboration - Develop industry knowledge resources What You Will Bring: - 10+ years of strategic product marketing experience in B2B SaaS - Healthcare benefits sector expertise preferred - Experience in high-growth environments - Track record of category evangelism - Exceptional communication skills - Compelling storytelling abilities - Strong problem-solving capabilities - Entrepreneurial mindset - Commitment to organizational success - Passion for transforming healthcare systems Compensation Transparency: Total compensation range: $230,000 - $255,000. Compensation depends on qualifications. Additional benefits include equity incentives, flexible PTO, comprehensive health plans, 401(k) matching, and more.
