As Director of Literacy Solutions, you will develop comprehensive product strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, build consensus, and ensure strategic execution. You will coordinate go-to-market teams and represent Literacy solution needs across the organization. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop, communicate, and maintain the Literacy solution vision and strategy. Own US market product strategy, collaborating closely with Product teams to plan roadmaps. Drive strategic integrations and create short, medium, and long-term strategic plans. • Define, track, analyze, and act on key Literacy solution metrics to assess cross-functional effort effectiveness • Foster cross-functional collaboration and team motivation, aligning market research, product developments, internal/external resources, and customer education • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Literacy product developments and product-related go-to-market conversations • Support comprehensive organizational product road mapping, ensuring alignment and accountability • Drive mergers and acquisition activities in the Literacy space, ensuring strategic alignment and business value • Communicate clearly with senior leadership about strategy, progress, and organizational needs • Demonstrate deep market understanding—customer needs, trends, competition—and stay current on industry developments • Possess extensive product knowledge and act as a product expert for internal and external audiences • Understand organizational strategy, business practices, products, and audience relationships • Build strong interdepartmental relationships to collaborate, motivate, and represent team accomplishments Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution • 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience Technical Skills: • Microsoft Office and Google Drive proficiency • Willingness to learn new technologies • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms Other Required Skills: • Comprehensive understanding of US literacy ecosystem • Creative and innovative thinking • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities • Commitment to transparency, trust, learning, and teamwork Compensation Range: $132,500 - $182,225 USD Benefits Include: • Comprehensive Health Benefits • Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Time Off • 12 Paid Holidays • Parental Leave • Tuition Reimbursement • Insurance Coverage • Employee Wellness Programs We encourage applications from all candidates.
