NKT Cable Solutions is hiring a Director, Product Management Accessories to lead the global strategy for our high‑voltage cable accessories portfolio. You will guide the development and lifecycle of HVAC, HVDC, and MV power cable accessories, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Execute and refine the Accessories product strategy, focusing on cost‑out initiatives and operational excellence.
- Develop business cases and monitor the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate product and component data for customer-facing use.
- Drive ideation and realization of prioritized opportunities.
- Ensure transparent milestone tracking across product development activities.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in business or a technical field.
- Several years of experience in senior Product Management, R&D, or commercial positions.
- A strong track record working in complex technical environments, ideally within cables or accessories.
- Experience in the cable or accessories market.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP.

- Electrical Engineering degree.
- German language skills.
