Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Director, PDS Projects to drive project success by taking ownership of small projects and supporting major ones. This role is pivotal in leading teams, building strong client relationships, and upholding excellence in project delivery for a world-class real estate services firm.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with a project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
- Take ownership of small projects and provide support for major projects.
- Lead and motivate the project team to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Establish and manage the organizational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures.
- Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints.
- Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation.
- Carry out contract administration for all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a property-related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction, or project management.
