Kyverna Therapeutics is hiring a Director of Training for our Global Medical Affairs function. This is a full-time, remote clinical role responsible for leading and delivering training strategies to support the team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies for the Global Medical Affairs team
- Design and deliver clinical and scientific training programs
- Lead the creation of training materials and curricula
- Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training with organizational goals
What We're Looking For
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience designing and leading training programs in a clinical or scientific context
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
