Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a vision for a unified, data-driven revenue operations function tailored to the assigned division, supporting overall company growth goals.
- Work closely with the Sales Division VP and other key departments, including Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, and Delivery, to improve go-to-market performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless operations from lead generation to customer success.
- Create and manage division-specific key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to promote accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with the Sales VP on the division's operational rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Manage the pipeline configuration in HubSpot, including stages, fields, validations, automations, sequences, playbooks, and permissions.
- Ensure data quality through deduplication, normalization, required fields at creation/advancement, and data stewardship workflows.
- Define and implement stage exit criteria and MEDDIC checkpoints.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the division’s revenue processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Design, document, and continuously improve go-to-market processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, pipeline velocity, operational scalability, and revenue predictability.
- Assess current revenue technology usage, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions that align with business needs in collaboration with division VPs and functional leaders.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure system integrations provide a single source of truth for all revenue data.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record of partnering with business unit or division leaders to achieve predictable growth.
- Expertise in CRM administration and revenue technology ecosystems, with the ability to assess and recommend platform enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- Clear, concise communicator with proven cross-functional influence across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.
Nice to Have
- Previous leadership experience in deal desk, quote to cash, and forecasting.
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot and/or Sales Tech Stack (an automation tool for forecasting and quoting).
