Great Question is hiring a Director of Product

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor product managers while directly managing critical product initiatives
  • Scale the product team from two to four or more members within the next 12 months
  • Help shape the optimal organizational model for product, balancing autonomy and coordination
  • Partner with executive leadership in product, technology, and design to set roadmap priorities and accelerate delivery
  • Integrate artificial intelligence into core product experiences and development workflows
  • Ensure robust data collection and analysis to guide product decisions
  • Promote a focus on measurable outcomes over outputs
  • Serve as the central link across product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and go-to-market functions
  • Drive strategic thinking around growth, pricing, retention, and revenue impact
