Ethos is hiring a Director of Product, Service Delivery

Happy Money is hiring a Director of Product to own the strategy and execution of the tools that empower internal teams, such as clinical staff and Member advocates, to deliver exceptional service. You will build a multi-year roadmap focused on reducing complexity, accelerating resolutions, and creating a foundation for growth.

What You'll Do

• Set the vision and product roadmap for the Service Delivery tooling domain, building a strategy to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of product managers, fostering their growth and ensuring effective execution.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operations leadership to identify and ship high-impact features.
• Serve as the connective tissue between frontline users and executive leadership, translating operational realities into strategic priorities.
• Navigate complex tradeoffs across competing priorities, technical constraints, and business needs.
• Act as a strategic thought partner, educating stakeholders and building shared understanding of capabilities.
• Champion the importance of internal tooling as a direct investment in Member outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of product management experience with internal tools and service delivery optimization.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing product managers focused on internal efficiency and service quality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels across an organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise software development in a B2B2C environment and building platforms that scale.
• A naturally curious mindset focused on discovering how things work and improving them.
• A humble attitude and a penchant for solving hard problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup environments.
