Rubrik is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to spearhead the global marketing strategy for our Identity and Security business. In this role, you will position Rubrik as the leader in Identity Security and Resilience, bridging the gap between complex engineering and C-Suite business needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute an aggressive marketing strategy for the Identity and Security business.
- Recruit, coach, and retain a world-class product marketing team.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Serve as a thought leader, translating technical insights into a compelling Cyber Resilience narrative.
- Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape, including IAM, Zero Trust, and Ransomware.
- Refine the value proposition for both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Lead high-impact product launches and sustained campaigns.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to build programmatic campaigns.
- Direct the creation of sales tools, playbooks, and competitive kill-sheets.
What We're Looking For
- 10-12+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Deep fluency in the Identity Security and Resilience space, including IAM, AD, and Entra ID.
- Proven ability to translate complex technology into a simple, emotional, and urgent business story.
- Track record of owning end-to-end GTM initiatives.
- A high-ownership, high-energy mindset thriving in fast-paced environments.
