- Maintains deep expertise in payer and provider markets, including user needs, customer profiles, and industry dynamics.
- Guides prioritization across product development pipelines, backlogs, and sprint planning through influence and collaboration.
- Shapes and promotes clear acceptance criteria and ensures team-wide alignment on delivery standards.
- Collaborates with business and engineering leads to define, track, and evaluate OKRs.
- Defines performance metrics and accountability structures that link product decisions to customer problems and validate results.
- Drives evidence-based product decisions by establishing learning goals, measurement strategies, and experimentation frameworks.
- Prepares financial justifications and funding proposals, balancing trade-offs across the portfolio for optimal resource allocation.
- Ensures product performance meets market expectations and adjusts portfolio strategy to enhance competitiveness and customer alignment.
- Ensures the right problems are addressed effectively, with ownership over improving customer experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score.
- Translates product vision into actionable designs and scalable technical architectures, setting requirements that support iterative delivery.
- Tracks emerging technology trends and advises on digital innovations to strengthen portfolio positioning.
- Enforces adherence to established architectural standards and design best practices.
- Promotes reuse of components and capabilities across product lines to increase efficiency.
