At Prepared, we are seeking a Director of Product and Partner Marketing to shape and lead the strategic positioning and go-to-market efforts for our platform and partner ecosystem. This is a player-coach role where you will develop high-impact strategies and then execute them, shaping product narratives, ensuring successful launches, enabling internal teams, and driving co-marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Create and maintain sales tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and training materials, to empower the sales team.
- Establish and maintain a feedback loop with Product Management to help inform market and product trends to maximize product-market fit.
- Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, enhancing joint value propositions and market reach.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing product and partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing and partner marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and partner marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, as well as influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the public safety or emergency services sector.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
