Responsibilities
- Define and lead the women’s apparel strategy, building a clear point of view that aligns with the Tecovas brand and customer.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through development, production, and launch, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Partner closely with in-house design, merchandising, and marketing teams to create a cohesive product story each season.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including licensees and factory agents, ensuring product integrity and alignment with brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to grow and evolve the women’s business, using both customer insight and market awareness to inform decisions.
- Lead assortment planning and buying for DTC and eCommerce, ensuring the right product mix, depth, and pricing to drive the business.
- Support and help grow the wholesale business, identifying opportunities to expand distribution while maintaining brand positioning.
- Manage samples and data accuracy across platform and tools.
