Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day strategy and client communication for 2–3 high-spend B2B accounts with monthly media budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Take ownership of client growth, retention, and strategic roadmap development, emphasizing pipeline acceleration and revenue outcomes.
- Design integrated media plans across channels including paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate marketing to meet both demand and brand objectives.
- Convert sales and marketing goals into targeted paid media strategies aligned with buyer personas, account segments, and stages of the buying journey.
- Lead media forecasting, annual planning, and performance reporting with a focus on attribution by funnel stage and lead quality assessment.
- Work closely with data and CRM teams to optimize campaigns using back-end systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, targeting business KPIs such as MQLs, SAOs, and revenue.
- Identify and implement opportunities for channel expansion, creative experimentation, and new tactics to improve campaign relevance and performance.
- Collaborate with client marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign strategies are tightly aligned with go-to-market messaging and motions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B performance media strategy.
- Demonstrated success managing paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients.
- In-depth understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels.
- Experience leveraging CRM data and sales metrics to generate actionable insights for media planning.
- Proficiency in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement models including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
- Ability to present strategic recommendations, performance results, and executive summaries to senior marketing and revenue leaders.
- Proven collaborative leadership skills with a focus on enabling cross-functional team success.
- Strategic thinker with a performance-oriented mindset, balancing long-term growth with daily optimization.
