Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is hiring a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the overall operation and coordination of all food and beverage departments. This leadership role drives excellence across our dining experiences.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the overall operation and coordination of various Food & Beverage departments such as All Dining, Room Service, Chinese Restaurant, bar, all the kitchens, and stewarding.
- Exercise administration and supervision through Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and restaurant Managers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area.
Nice to Have
- Experience in brand switching would be much preferred.

You will supervise through a structure that includes the Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and restaurant Managers.
