EX Squared is hiring a Director of Finance to provide leadership for our financial strategy and operational execution. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions and driving the company's fiscal health.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment activities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership
- Establish and monitor financial controls and risk management
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
