EX Squared is seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee and expand a portfolio of business operations. This remote role requires a strategic leader who can drive growth, optimize performance, and manage a diverse set of regional responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans for multiple business units within your assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and manage performance across distributed teams.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for the area.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent delivery of business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in area, district, or regional management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving growth across multiple locations or business units.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a remote environment.
