EX Squared is looking for a Remote Accounting Team Leader to oversee our financial operations and lead our accounting team. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting team
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven experience leading and managing an accounting team
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
