Poppy & Peonies is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans, ensuring fiscal integrity, and providing strategic insights to guide business decisions.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plan.
Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
Lead financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership to support key business initiatives.
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital allocation.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnering.
Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
