Bombardier is hiring a Director of European Online Line Stations and CAMO to provide operational leadership for our European line stations and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). Based primarily in Paris, you will ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services while managing budgets, leading teams, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily operations of European line stations and CAMO, ensuring timely and high-quality MRO services.
- Implement Bombardier processes and standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and manage the line station budget, promoting profitability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including technicians, planners, and support staff.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, etc.) and Bombardier quality standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the service center.
- Lead initiatives to improve turnaround times, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Implement Lean principles and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
- Over ten (10) years of experience in the aerospace aftermarket or MRO operations.
- Over five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead large teams effectively.
- Excellent multi-site problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.

- MBA is an asset.
