Join Hyatt Regency Lake Washington as our Director of Digital/Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting hotel marketing by developing and executing digital marketing and e-Commerce programs. Your primary goal is to increase conversions and revenue on Hyatt.com by setting the overall digital direction and serving as the primary point of contact for these critical activities.
What You'll Do
- Set the overall digital and e-Commerce direction to drive room and related revenues.
- Provide ongoing updates on industry news, trends, and best practices to educate the digital sales team.
- Track and manage vendor performance while maintaining key relationships.
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue to maximize efficiencies in the hotel’s channel mix and e-Commerce strategies.
- Manage digital advertising, platform localization, SEO, email marketing, mini-sites, and ancillary revenue projects.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including Ctrip, WeChat, Fliggy, Tik-Tok, Red Book, and Meituan.
- Establish goals, measure campaign performance, and assess results.
- Drive online traffic through campaigns, platform initiatives, KOL tweets, and live streaming.
- Serve as the primary contact for all digital marketing and e-Commerce related questions and activities.
- Develop annual business plans with strategic recommendations to achieve ROI goals for SEO, PPC, mobile, and display.
- Manage and oversee content for the property’s websites and digital activities, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized.
- Oversee e-Commerce activity, including the strategic management of the hotel’s website, apps, and mini-sites.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media planning (SEO, PPC, display, mobile, and social platforms) relevant to the local market.
- Ability to adjust to the needs of marketing constituents and evolving technology.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and serve as the central expert for digital marketing within the hotel.
