Thrive Digital is hiring a senior Performance Manager to join our Performance department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project excellence by implementing growth strategies, solving complex client challenges, and fostering team development. You will oversee high-priority brands and partnerships, contribute to product innovation, and help elevate our performance marketing standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead teams in research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps across large brands, from inception through hands-on execution and optimization.
- Report to stakeholders on key performance indicators and champion exceptional client service standards.
- Solve complex client and project issues with performance marketing solutions, providing advice on workflow and resource management.
- Lead strategic one-on-one conversations with large clients, proactively monitoring and engaging with client sentiment.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and partner with senior operational leadership to address resourcing, performance, or economic shifts.
- Enhance department expertise by mentoring team members through upskilling, training content, and workshops.
- Manage or mentor team members directly, developing other leaders and proactively addressing role performance challenges.
- Use your performance marketing expertise to contribute to company-level conversations, initiatives, and organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns with media spends exceeding $500k USD per month.
- A track record of delivering consistently positive ROI across multiple platforms like Meta, Search, YouTube, Programmatic, and TikTok.
- Experience mobilizing and leading teams of 5-10 people, providing direct management, strategic guidance, and developing junior members into management roles.
- Proficiency in building and customizing dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau to streamline reporting and analyze performance data.
- Experience developing or improving internal initiatives or processes that have been adopted company-wide.
- Proven ability to drive performance media strategy across diverse business verticals, including leading pacing, forecasting, and reporting aligned with business objectives.
- Experience effectively communicating performance strategies to senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- A history of successfully managing client relationships with multiple stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations, resolving complex situations, and gaining buy-in through clear communication.

- Compensation range: $607,000 - $789,000 MXN
