Thrive Digital is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy to provide strategic leadership to our performance teams. You will leverage industry trends to evolve Thrive’s services and client marketing strategies, partnering closely with leadership to align team goals with company growth. This role is central to managing key relationships and ensuring the long-term success of our most complex projects and prospects.
What You'll Do
- Be recognized as a leader in performance marketing both within Thrive and in the industry, making expert contributions to the Performance department.
- Champion client success as a leader across large, multi-faceted accounts, identifying solutions to improve client partnerships and retention.
- Manage a team of senior performance marketers and act as an advocate at scale, helping others elevate their performance marketing skills.
- Support senior leadership in the Performance department to develop, set and execute the roadmap for Thrive's short to long-term performance marketing product and services plans.
- Become familiar with Thrive’s tools, processes, and expectations for high-complexity accounts within the first 30 days.
- Begin actively contributing strategic input across high-complexity accounts and supporting key client moments within the first 60 days.
- Step into leading high-impact client moments for high-complexity accounts and demonstrate measurable impact within the first 90 days.
What We're Looking For
- Led and owned large-scale, multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing programs with monthly media spend exceeding $1M USD.
- Led and developed multi-level teams of 15+, including managing managers and setting performance standards.
- Designed and evolved performance reporting and dashboards using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau.
- Led initiatives and process improvements adopted at the department or company level.
- Owned performance strategy across diverse business models, leading forecasting, pacing, and measurement while advising senior and C-suite executives.
- Led complex client relationships with multiple senior executive stakeholders, navigating high-stakes situations.

- Compensation: $110,000 - $128,000 CAD (Starting); $110,000 - $148,000 CAD (Full Band)
