TrueML is hiring a Director of Data to establish and lead our data vision and strategy. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for building a scalable data ecosystem to inform product development and business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the company's long-term data strategy and roadmap.
- Build and lead a high-performing data team, including engineering, analytics, and science functions.
- Establish governance, quality standards, and scalable data architecture.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into data-driven initiatives.
- Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across all departments.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data roles, with 3+ years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of building and managing data teams and infrastructure from the ground up.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and modern data platform technologies.
- Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM executives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
