Evry Health is seeking a Director of Communications & Member Engagement to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives. You will be a key leader within our Sales department, responsible for driving member engagement and brand messaging.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the communications and member engagement strategy
- Create compelling content to drive member acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align messaging with business goals
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine and optimize communication approaches
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all member touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior-level communications, marketing, or engagement role
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently
- Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
