Evry Health is seeking a Director of Communications & Member Engagement to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives. You will be a key leader within our Sales department, responsible for driving member engagement and brand messaging.

What You'll Do

Develop and lead the communications and member engagement strategy
Create compelling content to drive member acquisition and retention
Collaborate with Sales leadership to align messaging with business goals
Analyze engagement metrics to refine and optimize communication approaches
Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all member touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior-level communications, marketing, or engagement role
Strong track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently
Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
