About the Role

Darkroom seeks a Director of Accounts - TikTok Shop to lead client strategy and serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners. You will oversee campaign performance, cross-functional execution, and client satisfaction on the TikTok Shop platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact, ensuring alignment across goals and brand positioning.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with leadership to expand client scope.
  • Oversee execution by partnering with Strategists, Creator Managers, and Media teams for seamless campaign rollouts.
  • Provide performance leadership by monitoring client GMV, campaign KPIs, and translating insights into action.
  • Act as cross-functional connective tissue across Strategy, Creative, Creator, and Paid teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Develop market expertise by staying ahead of TikTok Shop innovations and competitive shifts to inform strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of Account Managers and/or Associates.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management or client strategy within e-commerce, influencer marketing, or performance media.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator/influencer dynamics.
  • Experience owning client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering against performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a passion for driving measurable growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.

You will lead a growing team of Account Managers and/or Associates, ensuring delivery excellence across all client touchpoints.
