Life360 is hiring a Director, Investor Relations to act as the primary link between the company and its investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent and compelling communication of our financial performance and long-term vision.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of the quarterly earnings process, including executive scripts, investor presentations, and financial messaging.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investors and analysts, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor positioning.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams on SEC filings and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of investor-facing materials like fact sheets, press releases, and shareholder letters.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Monitor analyst reports and trading activity to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Investor Relations website.
- Support strategic initiatives like M&A and capital markets through financial communications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Experience managing investor events like earnings calls, investor days, and roadshows.
- Prior experience in a publicly traded company, particularly in aerospace/defense, technology, or other complex industries.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and senior executives.
- Deep knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements.
- Exceptional financial analysis, modeling, and strategic communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong executive presence, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong familiarity with investor relations software like Ipreo, FactSet, Bloomberg, or Nasdaq IR tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
