KIND is looking for a Director, Institutional Development to drive the strategy and execution of our institutional fundraising efforts. This role is central to expanding our resources and impact.

What You'll Do

Develop and lead a comprehensive institutional fundraising strategy.
Cultivate and manage relationships with foundation and government partners.
Research and identify new institutional funding opportunities.
Oversee the grant lifecycle from proposal development to reporting.
Collaborate with program teams to align funding proposals with organizational priorities.
Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive experience in institutional fundraising or development.
Proven track record of securing and managing six- and seven-figure grants.
Deep understanding of the philanthropic and government funding landscape.
Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain productive, long-term partnerships.
