Carrot is hiring a strategic and operational leader as Director, Global Clinical Operations - APAC. You will be responsible for leading a team to oversee the success and growth of Carrot’s operational infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. Your focus will be on driving the depth and breadth of clinical programs and supporting the expansion of provider networks.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational and clinically-focused employees and consultants.
- Deepen regional-specific insights to enhance Carrot’s journeys, programs, and offerings.
- Oversee and support the strategic expansion of programs and journeys into new markets across the region.
- Manage the health and growth of the clinic/provider ecosystem, including high-touch collaboration with partner providers.
- Oversee the incorporation of up-to-date, evidence-based clinical practices into Carrot’s guidelines to align with regional standards.
- Own team-wide delivery of efficient, high-value insights to member and customer services teams.
- Support external calls for customers and prospects as needed.
- Support the development and successful execution of team and department-wide KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience specifically focused on APAC markets in an operations and strategy-related capacity.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in healthcare across the APAC region.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across various functions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to measure goals, track success metrics, and meet deadlines.
- Strong senior-leadership/executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Fluency and/or proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience in fertility, family-building and/or hormonal health.
- Comfortable with project management and data visualization tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Tableau.
Team & Environment
This role sits within the Operations department and partners closely with other regionally-focused clinical operations teams, the broader Operations department, and product, legal, member-facing, client-facing, and advisory-focused teams. The position reports to the VP, Global Clinical Operations for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

- Compensation varies by location: Singapore - SGD 180,000-202,500; Australia - AUD 170,000-210,000; Japan - JPY 12,000,000-15,000,000; Taiwan - NT 2,200,000-2,850,000
