Unlimited Technology is hiring a Director, Events Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of our commercial and corporate event programs. You will own the end-to-end events strategy to fuel brand awareness, deepen engagement, and contribute directly to pipeline development and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Build a 12 to 18-month event roadmap that advances brand, engagement, and pipeline goals.
- Partner with demand generation and sales to design events that attract qualified leads, accelerate deal cycles, and expand customer relationships.
- Oversee all owned, earned, and sponsored events with clear objectives, budgets, and ROI targets.
- Plan and execute conferences, field events, and internal gatherings, managing logistics, vendors, creative, and on-site execution.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and run post-event retros to optimize pipeline contribution and overall impact.
- Work with marketing, comms, HR, and sales to align event strategies with business priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure every program delivers meaningful engagement and measurable ROI.
- Partner with internal teams to produce culture and company-wide events that build connection and pride.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of event marketing experience within B2B tech or healthcare industries.
- Proven success leading large-scale events (200–1,000+ attendees) that generated leads and influenced pipeline.
- Deep understanding of event marketing strategy, execution, and performance measurement across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with sales and demand gen to align on pipeline goals.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Cvent, and event management platforms.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving problems and optimizing results.
- Willingness to travel regularly.

- Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD
