Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to drive growth by identifying strategic opportunities, presenting innovative solutions, and securing high-value partnerships as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients in fintech and crypto. This is a remote role with national reach requiring creativity and business acumen.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing new enterprise opportunities aligned with core business goals.
- Conduct pre-sales consultations and deliver tailored presentations that align product capabilities with client needs.
- Understand and articulate complex business requirements to offer API-based solutions that create tangible value.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking pipeline, activities, and performance.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
- Collaborate internally to identify cross-selling opportunities and relay customer insights to influence product roadmaps.
- Travel up to 40% to attend meetings, events, and client presentations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or relevant experience in product development or pre-sales within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong creative pitching abilities using tools such as Google Slides, Lucidchart, and Figma.
- In-depth knowledge of the fintech and crypto landscape, including APIs, stablecoins, digital wallets, and related ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex and high-value deals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering persuasive proposals and demos.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a proactive 'hunter' mindset and a talent for identifying new business opportunities.
