Greenlight Financial Technology is hiring a Director, Digital Performance Marketing to lead strategy and execution for driving user growth and revenue. You will oversee multi-million dollar budgets across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels while managing and mentoring a team of specialists.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels.
Manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user acquisition.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns and landing page experiences that drive conversion.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on paid search and paid social.
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and driving efficient user growth and revenue.
5+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring a team of marketing specialists.
Deep expertise with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech, financial services, or consumer technology sectors.
Experience with mobile app marketing and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data analysis and extraction.
