Chestnut Carbon is seeking a Director, Conservation Membership (Landowner Enrollment) to spearhead our efforts in building partnerships and enrolling landowners into our conservation programs. This role is central to expanding our impact and scaling our environmental initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of landowner enrollment strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of conservation membership acquisition.
- Design and implement processes to streamline landowner onboarding.
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in landowner relations, conservation program enrollment, or a related field.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of conservation, land management, or carbon markets.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or near New York, NY for potential regional collaboration.
