Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a scalable, multi-channel lead generation system that connects digital advertising, CRM platforms, and analytics to increase the volume of qualified leads.
- Oversee the setup and deployment of a large-scale CRM solution, managing data integration, automation workflows, reporting structures, and data governance policies.
- Design and refine the complete lead lifecycle process, from identifying and categorizing prospects to implementing nurture strategies and improving marketing-qualified lead conversion.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering, product, sales, and data science teams to ensure technology integrations function smoothly and marketing attribution is accurately tracked.
- Establish and implement key performance indicators for marketing efforts, providing clear insights into return on investment, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Lead and develop a small team focused on marketing operations, automation, and data analysis, promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance.
