About the Role
Oversee the design and execution of operational frameworks for partners across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with business objectives, efficient go-to-market strategies, and measurable performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Direct the operational strategy for channel partners throughout the APAC region
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor partner effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales and channel leaders to align operational support with regional goals
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement processes for new and existing partners
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Manage partner compliance with contractual and performance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, finance, and legal teams
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to streamline partner workflows
- Oversee partner portal usage and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Facilitate regular operational reviews with key partner stakeholders
- Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures for partner engagement
- Support expansion into emerging markets within the region
- Monitor regional market trends to inform operational planning
- Ensure alignment between regional operations and global partner strategies
- Lead change management efforts related to partner program updates
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Direct experience managing indirect sales channels
- Knowledge of channel incentive structures and compensation models
- Prior work with global partner operations frameworks
- Fluency in an additional APAC language
- Experience in high-growth technology companies

- Certifications in project or operations management
