Responsibilities

- Support recruitment by participating in technical interviews
- Promote a culture of continuous integration and deployment
- Monitor service metrics and establish alerting protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on release timelines
- Improve developer tooling and internal workflows
- Champion code quality and test coverage standards
- Guide cloud infrastructure decisions and cost optimization
- Lead technical onboarding for new team members
- Foster knowledge sharing through documentation and team sessions
- Evaluate scalability challenges and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Drive adoption of observability tools across services
