About the Role
This position leads the development and execution of visual concepts across digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals while mentoring designers and managing creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of visual concepts for marketing campaigns and product interfaces
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to define creative direction
- Manage timelines and deliverables for creative projects
- Oversee the production of graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets
- Ensure design consistency across web, mobile, and print materials
- Review and refine work produced by junior designers and external partners
- Present creative concepts and final designs to stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Integrate user feedback into visual improvements
- Support the development of pitch materials and client-facing presentations
- Coordinate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas
- Evaluate design performance using analytics and user testing
- Maintain organized design systems and asset libraries
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Manage relationships with freelance designers and creative vendors
- Contribute to creative strategy sessions and long-term planning
- Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirements
- Optimize assets for various digital environments and screen sizes
- Support recruitment efforts by reviewing portfolios and participating in interviews
- Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot design-related issues during production cycles
- Adapt creative approaches based on audience segmentation and messaging goals
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to align visual storytelling
