Responsibilities
- Directs and manages program controls related activities for medium-sized programs or specialized defined controls elements of larger programs in support of the Program Manager or Program Controls Director.
- Orchestrates coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring strict alignment with overall program objectives.
- Identifies and addresses project interdependencies with utmost diligence, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies and resolving conflicts.
- Collaborates strategically with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Engages in high-level consultations with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives.
- Provides authoritative guidance and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring meticulous management of individual project elements.
- Conducts thorough monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their efficacy and implement necessary adjustments.
- Facilitates precise and formal communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
- Delivers comprehensive and regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
